Tenant Fees

Before you move in:
-We require the first month’s rent paid in advance to secure the property.

-This is non-refundable.

Referencing fee: £150 per person.
-Should you require a guarantor, you may incur an extra charge.

Contract fee: £150 per contract.
-Check in and Inventory included.

Pet fee: £500 with deposit.
-This is to cover the property for potential damages associated.

Ending tenancy fee: N/A.

Future landlord reference fee: N/A.

Out of hours service fee: £150 call out in addition to any costs incurred.
